Sky Lens Media (“we”, “us”) provides photography and videography services in the Garden Route, South Africa. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
When you contact us through our website, social media, WhatsApp or a Facebook/Instagram enquiry form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address and details about the shoot you need.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver our services, and send occasional updates about our work if you have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email, cloud storage and Meta’s advertising platforms, or where the law requires it.
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us using it for marketing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
